Like so many others, my story started with me working a 9-5 that I HATED... So, I decided to quit to pursue my dream of working & living like a Digital Nomad. I started working at a cafe to pay the bills and to buy some time to figure out how to start my own business.
The cafe owner was handling everything on his own - so I offered to take off some of the workload like admin tasks, email management, employee onboarding, etc. and little by little I stepped into a business manager role and loved it.
Because of that he was able to spend more time with his family and start another business.
That experience made me realize how overwhelming running a business can be & that business owners need to spend less time working on all those backend tasks & more time creating & building the business they dreamt of in the beginning. And that's how elemarstudio was born!
